ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@mitigagroup.com.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. We use Stripe and PayPal for payment processing — we never store your card details on our servers.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.

Do you ship internationally? We primarily serve the United States. International availability varies — check at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused physical items in original packaging. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your product photos accurate? We do our best to represent products accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Do you restock sold-out items? Yes, popular items are restocked regularly. Use the “Notify Me” button on sold-out product pages to get an alert.

What safety certifications do your products meet? All products meet applicable US safety standards including ANSI/ISEA, NIOSH, and OSHA requirements. Specific certifications are listed on each product page.

Are your products OSHA compliant? Yes. Our PPE is selected to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 personal protective equipment standards for general industry.

Do you offer bulk pricing for businesses? Yes. We offer bulk order discounts for businesses, contractors, and safety managers. Contact support@mitigagroup.com for a custom quote.

Do I need an account to shop? No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
