Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Available shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

International Shipping At this time, we primarily serve the United States. International shipping may be available for select countries — check at checkout for availability. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order on our website or directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Mitiga Group is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us at support@mitigagroup.com within 7 days.

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us at support@mitigagroup.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products Digital products are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. No shipping applies.
