Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Return Window: You may return most physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned — perishable goods, personalized/custom items, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at support@mitigagroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the credit.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions are made only in cases where: the file is corrupted, and we cannot provide a working replacement, or the product is materially different from its description. To request an exception, contact support@mitigagroup.com within 7 days of purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mitigagroup.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct item and arrange return of the wrong one at our expense.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return initiation process above and indicate the desired exchange item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
